Add Claim Flow To Recipient Dashboard

Problem:
Recipients can see vested amounts in the UI, but there is no direct claim action from the recipient dashboard.

Scope:
Add a claim action in the recipient dashboard with loading, success, and error handling tied to the backend claim path.

Acceptance criteria:

• Claimable streams show a visible claim action
• Claim action is disabled when claimable amount is zero
• Successful claims update stream data and history
• Claim failures show clear UI feedback
