Outdated README files and an idea

The README file for pro strings was never updated to reflect the upgrades here being included in RB3 Deluxe. Also, the process for playing keys upgrades in DX has also changed since there's no keys build anymore, and those upgrades (minus audio) are included.

Even though patching the audio doesn't work, at least on PS3, I've figured out how to make the keys moggs work. You just need to replace the song's mogg after installing the song. Here's how for PS3/RPCS3:

1. Download the replacement mogg from the Pro Keys folder on this repo.
2. Open PS3 Converter in Nautilus.
3. Go to Encryption Options > Encrypt replacement mogg file and select the desired file.
4. On console or emulator, search for the song whose mogg you want to replace. You'll find your songs in /dev_hdd0/game/BLUS30050/USRDIR. (BLUS30147 for RB1 and RBN songs). I recommend using FTP if you're on console (modded, of course!)
5. In the song or pack's songs/[shortname] folder, replace the existing mogg with the one you downloaded from here. Don't forget to back up the original first!

Now you can boot up RB3DX and fully enjoy the upgrade, and unlike the old method with the Upgrade Bundler in Nautilus, it won't crash older games either! Try this out with "Just What I Needed"!

Well I'm going to skip the first topic, has this method been tested on Xbox? Second, the additional tracks can cause problems with the audio quality, it is known that there is a limit to the quality and quantity of audio tracks there can be on PS3.

I forgot about the audio quality thing, but I'm pretty sure it's only an issue when there's a crowd track, which my example doesn't have.

If the audio quality is at 3, and there are no more than 16 channels, it'll work on PS3. If there's a crowd track, you have to either remove it or downmix the drums to 2 channels (and edit the dta accordingly).

Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to test this on Xbox.
