Bump Mill to >= 1.0.5 or >= 0.12.16 to support Scala 3.8 #4
Description
We are rewiring the CB in scala/scala3#24177 and all mill projects must be bumped to at least mill 1.0.5 or 0.12.16.
Can this project bump its version of mill? Thanks.
