When row chunking is enabled, connector datasources recordCount is never updated, and status is set to "ready" after the first point is inserted to vector DB.

Couldn't catch a screenshot at 1 point, but the datasource should be marked ready only after all points are embedded, or after the recordCount.lastUpdated hasn't changed for X amount of seconds (frontend check) for connector datasources.

We've changed approach on this @tomlynchRNA. We no longer want to increment or show progress. Just want to show a loader that data source is being processed and ready once it's complete
