I'm not exactly sure how Live TV could be implemented within Oblecto. Tracking could definitely be implemented using TV Guides and DVR could also be implemented to automatically record shows/movies. the main problem here is that I don't have equipment to test it. It might be possible to link oblecto with tvheadend or streams for iptv channels.

It is definitely something I'd like to see within Oblecto but it's not something I myself could implement at this time.
