Black/white listed license plates entered in front end

Integration works really well. Just entering watched plates in the yaml file is doable but tedious.

I monitor stolen cars in my street but since the list of stolen cars changes every day I'm trying to find an easier way.

Using the todo list card for number plates is a first step but then I got stuck with comparing the detected license plate with license plates entered in the todo list card and subsequently trigger a notification alarm.
