Описание ошибки

В ходе исследования атрибутов решений КС РФ (#2) был обнаружен по крайней мере один документ, оборванный на середине слова(Decision files\КСРФ_1177-О_2018.txt), тогда как на сайте суда документ представлен в нормальном виде.

Prove that there is only one cut file; close #7

All endings in files checked; there are documents with typos in the end, but that is how they are presented at ksrf.ru.
Also added a few lists of headers with irregular endings.
