How can I enable RTX Video Super Resolution for mpv?

I added the following to plugins/mpv/portable_config/mpv.conf but VSR doesn't apply

gpu-context=d3d11
vf=d3d11vpp=scale=1.5:scaling-mode=nvidia

While I don't have experience with VSR, have you also tried updating mpv to latest version? just replace the binary in <install_location>/Plugins/mpv

I've hardlinked the up-to-date mpv binary I always use for video playback and can confirm that VSR works for regular playback with the same config file

Can you tell me the exact steps to enable rtx super res including nvidia settings? I may just include it as a toggle in settings.
