wallpaper made with godot frozen without show apps on #2783

Describe the bug
wallpaper set as a Godot App frozen upon startup unless show icons is on
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- set up the zip thing with the EXE
- drag the zip into lively
- set wallpaper
- sign out/reboot/anything to restart lively except closing and reopening it
- frozen app
Expected behavior
Wallpaper should be responsive and able to be interacted with

- My own custom godot game
Additional context
I am using Sylveon's early start but the problem occurs without it and using a normal start with windows. Also, though obvious, i am using the github version of lively
