Honour the on deck settings

When you change the on deck settings within Kavita this is not honoured by Kover.

I originally had my on deck set to 21 days. I dropped that down to 2 days within Kavita and this was not reflected in Kover.

I then tried to clear down the database as well, but when it pulled everything through again the on deck was still huge. It seems to be treating everything you've ever part read as on deck.

I can see teh values for on deck are hard coded, would it be possible to either expose those in the settings or read them from the kavita server?

Somehow totally missed that's configurable in Kavita, will have a look at either pulling from the server configuration or adding one in-app
