Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we only have a randomly generated org ID, which means there is no way to guarantee a consistent ID across all environments as is needed by some org-specific clients.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should add a new manually defined organization identifier field that can be used in place of the current organization ID during login (or any APIs that do not take a token or where the client may not yet have an org ID).
