[BUG] Add missing permissions on Production environment #722

Describe the bug
There are permissions that exist on Dev environment but they are missing on Production environment.

These permissions are:

Core BB:

get_filter-accounts
get_filter-accounts-count

Surveys BB

get_survey_responses
get_surveys

Gateway BB:

webtools_blacklist

Please, add these permissions in Production environment.
