[USABILITY] UI: Extend gray background when using Appointments dropdown menu

Under Sections > Appointments when accessing the dropdown menu, please extend the gray background to fill the entire background (see margin of white in the screenshot). This is an issue under all three appointment sub-sections: All Providers, McKinley, and Grainger.
