Dynamic docker image field in catalog contribute page

In catalog contributions/create and contributions/edit page, the docker image fields should be dynamically displayed based on the "Deployment location" radio button.
If deployment location is internal - display "Docker Image Name" and "Environment Variable(s)" fields.
If deployment location is external - hide "Docker Image Name" and "Environment Variable(s)" fields.

API Base location field should be displayed either way.
