[FEAUTRE] Upload image icons for Talents and Capabilities from the Catalog

We have an icon image upload UI element in Catalog but not the actual support.

Describe the solution you'd like
We need to support uploading image icons for Talent and Capabilities in the Catalog. We need to add an image icon UI element for the Capability. When the user submits the Contribution create form, the Catalog needs to upload the images into the Content BB and generate relevant URLs. These URLs should be then put in the Contribution schema before POSTing to Contributions BB.

Additional context
This will need some changes in the Core BB and hence might result in a draft PR for the time being.
