Describe the bug

The Stay Healthy panel header translation is incorrect in the ES translation. It seems to be showing the Spanish translation for the message we present when a user's i-card needs to be renewed.

The "Safer Illinois Home" title still reflects the old "COVID-19" page title used in previous versions. This should be updated as well.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Change your system language to Spanish (Español)
  2. Open Safer Illinois to the Home screen

Expected behavior

  1. The Stay Healthy header should say a Spanish translation for "Stay Healthy" instead of the message about an expired i-Card.
  2. The Safer Illinois home page title should be a translation for "Safer Illinois Home" instead of "COVID-19".
