Describe the bug
RomM row configuration deletion will cause a crash. This also seemingly removes games from playnite.

To Reproduce
Go to "Configure Integrations" and select RomM. Add a new row, and then delete the row. The deletion will cause a crash.
Expected behavior
Not crash, delete the row and allow saving.
