could anyone please confirm the driver compatibility with P56 and and V59 series? Thank you!

I'm afraid I don't have immediate access to either of those models of camera to test it on. But it seems most (all?) Axis cameras support the same HTTP-based interface, so the ROS driver should likely work with them. Some specific features may or may not be supported, but the basic pan/tilt/zoom position & velocity should work, along with accessing the raw camera stream.
