The packages ps3joy and wiimote in this repository (on the master branch) do not currently work in Noetic because they were not ported to Python3. This should be pretty easy to remedy, especially since there are ROS2 versions available. However, the ROS2 version of wiimote was almost completely moved to C++ so merging might be difficult and it looks like the ps3joy package was almost un-touched in the ROS2 port so there may be problems there as well.
