Removed CATKIN_IGNORE (Feb 15/22) and successfully built executables wiimote_node and teleop_wiimote. Verified publishes /cmd_vel from a Classic Wiimote connected to system Bluetooth. So the CATKIN_IGNORE can be removed for this branch.
