The yaml-cpp patch needed for RViz has been released in 0.6.0.

While yaml-cpp 0.6.2 is available on MacOS, we currently build from source for all platforms.
In order to fix GCC7.2+ errors, we use the customly built version of yaml-cpp for RViz.

We should fix that to use the system version of yaml-cpp if the version is high enough.
