[Issue]: Integration not found

Hey there ... i'm falling down at the first hurdle here, I'm using HA on a PC docker environment, I've added the folder download to the custom integration folder structure, updated my config file ... and getting this ... any help / guidance welcome

Confused myself, but have tried to follow the help guidance as best as I can
