cloud tnc exporter

i've just finished install grafana dan prometheus on VPS server side, and direwolf + tncexporter on client side (laptop). is it any method or trick to push the tncexporter to prometheus installed on VPS. I've try it before, and just get error, here's my command :
python3 -m tncexporter --host myVPSipaddress --port 9110 --latitude -6.1842 --longitude 106.7194 and I got error OSError: [Errno 99] error while attempting to bind on address ('myVPSipaddress', 9110): cannot assign requested address. any clue ?
