I tried to run the code with my curve (target). In order to create a source, I just rotated the curve with an angle. The algorithm will return correct result when I rotate the curve with angle < 0 but ...

I upload my data and run code to debug the algorithm. Please help me to investigate why .... I tried to debug but without success
