devops: upload to npm

It is actually a bit more than just devops. We have a MVP to render to browser using wasm, we want to publish it as an npm library. @wyzula-jan also mention vite.js which worth to check. I am not very familiar with js ecosystem.

However, we need to think whether is "vizcrystal" good name before we publish it to npm? let's explore on how to packaging the wasm first and next time we discuss on name and publish it together.

It is here https://www.npmjs.com/package/vizmat but lack of documentation on how to use it. Since it is wasm, the js (same for other js library that render to screen need to access users' resource) can not directly put in the html and show. It has to be properly ship through a server.

• a description on how to release by hand (using wasm-pack) (converted and maintained as the CI/CD in the end).
• documentation on how to use npm package to integrate this tool have a structure editor as where it needs.
• Therefore we need to provide some basic functionalities first
• CI/CD to release to the npm.
