File->New Web SIte->Installed Templates
There are only Visual Basic and Visual C#.

Nemerle might need a Web Site template.

Web sites are really not good. And they would be quite challenging to implement since they rely on magic folder of App_Code. I'd say let this be a very low priority issue

I know what you mean, but being able to create WebSite using Nemerle is a good step.
