XTouch Mini jumping to max (or oddly min) setting

Recently when using my XTouch Mini with Midi2LR when I turn one of the knobs 1 click it goes to the max setting for that parameter. I then have to push the knob to reset to zero and then turn it again to get what I want.

Has anyone else experienced this or know how to stop this behaviour?

So after 3 days and 10 mental meltdowns I found the solution. Make sure you save your profiles in LR before you do this as you may lose them after the adjustment.

• Open up X-touch editor. I guess you are on standard mode. Do the steps needed for adjustments .
• First Read layer A (Get A). Then go to ENCODER page. Jump to second half of the page and one by one, you need to change the channels. Make sure that they will differ from the values from above. So if you have channel 11 at the push section, set the Turn section to 12.
• Go back to global page. Press dump A.
• Repeat this for Layer B is necessary.
• Save preset to Computer.
• Go to LR and check. You may have to remap all buttons, but it is what it is. If you can load them back, do it. I did not try that.
• BTW never keep open the Editor while starting LR, as the Plugin will not sinc. with the Controller.
• You may want to connect the controller directly to your Motherboard, as the editor would not find it easy, just after some trials. With a direct connection it works like a charm.
• If this would not work, than do a factory reset on the Controller and try again.
