RTRobot 24 channel servo controller

Hello,
i wanted to use my Servo Controller bought on aliexpress. it is connected by USB, and should be able to communicate with it as a serial device, and send text commands to him

But it seems that circle does not detect it
when i plug it, i see the message "xhcidev : Cannot set device address (4)"
any idea how i can make it working with circle?

problem solved, it was a problem with the cable.
It is now reconized as "RTRobot Servo Controller" and the device utty1 is added
