It's unlikely that the Raspberry Pi 5 supports 4K in the firmware, which would be required for Circle. The config.txt option hdmi_enable_4kp60=1 is not supported on the RPi 5 according to the RPi docs. It is necessary on the RPi 4 to enable 4K.

This can only answer Raspberry Pi. But their strategy seems to be to put most effort into the Linux kernel mode display drivers, so it's more unlikely, that the firmware will support 4K.
