application stops upon trying to load library networkD3. Please see error log below:

unable to load shared object '/data/notebooks/rstudio-fair/.cache/R/renv/cache/v5/R-4.0/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/igraph/1.2.6/7b1f856410253d56ea67ad808f7cdff6/igraph/libs/igraph.so':
libglpk.so.40: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
