What is the most cost-effective vector storage solution?

I tried several vector storage solutions recently and finally chose pgvector. Compared to its competitors, pgvector's resource consumption is almost zero. I wonder if there is a more cost-effective option out there. Just now, a thought came to my mind: if I were to develop a client driven by AI, what kind of vector storage solution should I choose? It should be noted that this client is likely to be installed on low-spec personal computers by customers.
