It's currently functioning in both modes, but it only works perfectly when I specifically mention "refer to the document I've shared." How can I resolve this issue ? How can I make the RAG approach more robust? Additionally, how can I make it handle CSV/XLSX files as well? Please share relevant resources if possible.
