Idea: add a notes backside to business cards

It could be nice to add a backside to the cards with lines on it to encourage giving people notes, for example a project they should look at or an additional page, such as embedded.rs

Something like this would be cool but provided this post is five years old and no one seems to have the source file to the card... lol
