User manual: rust-analyzer.checkOnSave doesn't explain how RA works if setting is disabled #18773

The user manual entry for rust-analyzer.checkOnSave doesn't explain what will happen if it is set to false. It's unclear to me as a user when the check does occur if not on save and what the comparison of considerations are in either state. Please fix the clarity of the docs for this so users can make an informed choice. Thanks!

If it is set to false rust-analyzer will never automatically invoke cargo check (aside for building build scripts/proc-macros) so you won't get any cargo diagnostics unless you manually invoke via the relevant command
