UX: move the `implements notable traits` message down

could we please move this notable traits section below the documentation?

this has been bugging me for the longest time because it literally comes before any documentation and forces me to scroll down on every single thing i want to look at the docs for, and I never found myself in a situation where i even use this feature, even though it shows up on basically every single function in the language because of all the silly Future<Output> whatever stuff basically everything seems to implement nowadays. it just bloats the screen for no reason. not to mention the visual presentation of the data in question is too cluttered.

To be clear, it's a bug that it shows as if functions implement all notable traits.

That happens with any type with unresolved generics, regardless of if it has any implementations of Future or Iterator.

Yeah, IIRC that's due to a bug in the new solver which will be fixed by rust-lang/rust#150453.

yes but thats kind of not what i was pointing out:

i dont think implementing notable traits come before the documentation in the importance hierarchy. even if we assume this feature worked properly and it said Implements notable traits: Future, Iterator on some other proper type where this could be useful, it should belong below the documentation, not above. while this looks like a small change, the effects it has on the experience accumulating over a few months is a lot of scrolls and a bad muscle memory.

I actually do think that this belongs above the docs. The idea of a notable trait is that it represents the main thing you can do with the type (await it, iterate it...) and this is much shorter and more concise than the docs.

I disagree, so this probably should be tweakable.

We don't need everything to be tweakable, no. We already have a huge amount of configuration options.
