Latest release only includes source code, no executables for Windows / Linux

If you have a look at https://github.com/rwth-iat/aas_manager/releases/tag/v0.4.11, these version only includes the Source code as assets.

The corresponding GitHub action failed and didn't build the Windows and Linux zip files (in step 2).
