Thank you for the question. I have pushed the BOM generated by KiCad. Also I have the BOM now public on DigiKey: https://www.digikey.com/en/mylists/list/8CUIX9MIH1

I don't have any plans on selling on Tindie or anywhere else at this moment. I'd have to see if there is any interest in the part before investing in mass production. The CAN adapter market is a niche area and the market is somewhat saturated with solutions.
