This was mentioned by me in this issue:
#15

Right now plugin still requests the wrong controller address (although different one that before last fix), now it is just http://localhost/, while website is for example under http://localhost/some_directory/web address.

Craft version: 4.3.1
Themes plugin version: 4.2.6

Hi,

Not sure what happened there, but should be fixed in the latest release
