How to break words in the table thead ?

I want break the long words to next line on <th> when column have fix width. Not work when using break-words and break-all

Reason of the default behavior:
It doesn't break by default, because were' not adding any minimum width to columns and if a column is narrow because of the length of the text, it would break even if it has 2 words (look at first column here for example. We wouldn't want User<line break>ID there by default)
