OmnipathR::import_omnipath_annotations is a good function that can get annotation information of ligand receptor genes in Omnipath, but it does not support direct annotation of Consensus resources in the liana package. However, I only use Consensus resources when predicting cell communication using the liana package. I hope the liana author can optimize this aspect to facilitate the direct call of annotation information of Consensus resources from the liana package.
