Biweekly release of the new npm package

It's time to release the new version to NPM. Before releasing, please:

1. Check if there are any breaking changes in the new version.
2. Check if there are any unreviewed PRs.
3. Create a pull request to bump the version in the package.json file.
4. Create a Github release with the new version.
5. Publish the new version to NPM.
