All Apps show any edited/non default apps

What would you like to add or change?:
I would like a indicator that a app is not set to default, either a blue dot or a filter.

Why do you and others need this?:
There is currently no way to find old profiles with edited rules, only Active and Recently edited which shows like a few weeks back.

This issue has been fixed by the recently referenced commit or PR.

However, the fix is not released yet.

It is expected to go into the Beta Release Channel for testing within the next two weeks and will be available for everyone within the next four weeks. While this is the typical timeline we work with, things are subject to change.
