Would be nice to have a browser plugin so that any browser could make use of it :)

Since this is based on pdf.js you can use their official browser extension:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/pdf-viewer/oemmndcbldboiebfnladdacbdfmadadm
Firefox already has pdf.js built in as it's default pdf viewer.

The thing is that I wanted to use it as a plugin (npapi or something) for an old version of opera (still based in Presto)...
