I use ubuntu, installed all pre-requisites. I run APK Compare Tool, it showed the same as your screenshots until asking to choose 1) resources, 2) smali, 3) everything. No matter which one I chose, it always resulted as APK 1 APK 2 "No such file or directory", why is that?
