Update for latest SDK version (0.2.4) #19

The latest SDK version uses a different installation process than the version used for the development of the driver (0.2.0). As a result, there are some (build) errors when using the newer SDK.

  • Incorrect INLCUDE_DIRS and LIBRARIES paths in CMake (Implemeted in 01cabc1)
  • Update README.md

Will update this list if new issues arise.
