The library we use for zoom mode is kind of tricky to work with. We determine initial zoom independent of screen size to keep things simple.

Would love to switch dependencies one day, and I think we'll have more options to work with. Would be great to switch to a higher res asset when the zoom portal opens.

Closing for now until we make a bigger upgrade.
