[Feature Request] Ability to write Custom Color to CSS file

Hi. I would like to be able to write the custom background color to a css or other file to use with Matugen.
Alternatively, knowing where the custom Background Color is written will allow me to address the file and value directly.

I think we could try this with sine since it has Js, but I do not have time at the moment to work on it... Will try to add to sine if I get some free time
