[BUG] Dual toolbar overlay

What I am experiencing in 10913 is that when I first updated to 1.17b, the top toolbar wouldn’t hide and it shared my transparency formatting from the Transparent Zen mod as if it was not in compact mode, however the sidebar functioned as expected with the custom theme colors applied.

After I restarted the browser a second time, the top toolbar regained its ability to hide, but retained the transparency formatting, as if it was not set to compact mode.

If I disable the Transparent Zen mod, everything takes the custom theme colors. If I re-enable the Transparent Zen mod, the top toolbar retakes the transparency formatting. The expected behavior is that the hidden top toolbar takes the custom theme colors instead.

I am not experiencing the same formatting issue on Zen flatpak that you are demonstrating in that video regarding the stationary urlbar and overlapping left-side toolbar icons. I also don't have any of the shown mod options installed on my browser.

You can hide the top toolbar? I never used dual toolbar before... Maybe it's a thing with this distribution on flatpack as I couldn't test on macOS. I'll try to fix this issue I find before tho.
