Force the theme not to be applied on localhost

I'm learning Vue, and when I run "run dev," Zen opens as my default browser. The problem is that the Zen-Themes extension applies to the localhost's white theme, and the entire page looks transparent even though I've set it to skip the theme. Is there a solution to this? I've already tried disabling both the mod and the extension, and if I disable the mod and the transparency option, they are removed from other websites, and I don't want that.
