Only the numeric ID can be used. This is unfornate, as FTB has removed the numeric IDs from the websites.

The numeric ID can be found out by hovering over the pack name on the FTB website

I couldn't find a reasonable api for this, and I think it's not worth it. The hovering trick should be probably be documented though.
